Common questions

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

You're welcome to walk in during OPD hours (Mon, Wed and Fri, 5–7 PM). To avoid waiting, message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we'll guide you on timing.

Which fevers should I see a doctor for quickly?

Any fever with severe weakness, breathlessness, persistent vomiting, a rash, or one that lasts more than two to three days should be checked promptly. When in doubt, call the clinic.

Can you manage my diabetes or blood pressure long-term?

Yes. Dr Surender provides ongoing management for diabetes and hypertension, including medication review and practical diet and lifestyle guidance at each visit.

Do you treat both children and elderly patients?

Yes — Charak Medical Centre is a family clinic and cares for all age groups, from young children to senior citizens.
